Ever since we found a place out here, the three of us have been searching for jobs. I must have filled out fifteen applications so far, and fill out more everyday. And no one's hiring out here. It's all seasonal. The summer is the busiest time of year out here, but things will pick up in the winter when everyone comes to the resort. Speaking of which, the resort had a job fair last Friday and Saturday. Jeff, Phil, and I got to the Village early, not sure how many people would show up. We were the second, third, and fourth people there so it was okay. I applied for a few positions and hopefully I'll get a phone call this week. Anyway, Jackson Hole opens November 29 this year (stoked!) so in about a month I should have a job.
Other than that I've been staying busy. I joined this gym that's pretty much across the street from our house. It's so sweet. Not only does it have fitness equipment, but it's an awesome rock gym as well. All three of us have been climbing.
We changed motels. Now we're at the Flat Creek Inn where we've got a kitchen now, so we can make our meals. It's way better than Wendy's. We'll be here until November 8 and then we move into the house. Can't wait for that.
